These days I’m leading an engineering team, and I keep a coaching practice alongside it. It’s where the two halves of what I do, the engineering and the coaching, finally pull in the same direction.

Away from the desk, I’m reading Intuition Pumps and Other Tools for Thinking by Daniel Dennett, making my way through Stargate SG-1 in the evenings, and keeping the Duolingo streak alive, where the new Math course has turned out to be an unexpectedly good time. When I actually want to chew on something, I reach for a math puzzle.
